About Me
I'm a billing and domain operations specialist with over 7 years of hands-on experience in the hosting and domain industry. My expertise lies in managing domain registrations, renewals, DNS configurations, SSL activations, and reseller performance analysis — ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms including WHMCS, Freshdesk, and 3CX.
Currently working at Exabytes Indonesia as a Customer Service Staff (since May 2019) and at PT. Registrasi Nama Domain as a Billing Specialist (since July 2020). I handle client support through tickets, live chat, and calls — managing bank matching, BTV processes, order fulfillment, and domain lifecycle management.
My work at PT. Registrasi Nama Domain involves ensuring domain operations comply with ICANN and PANDI policies, maintaining reseller databases, providing technical support, preparing operational reports, and participating in strategic planning and audits. I also have experience in underwriting and claims processing from my earlier career in insurance administration.
